This section is responsible for enforcing the Employment Act and its regulations by inspecting workplaces, assessing compliance, interviewing employees, identifying issues, advising on necessary corrections, and recommending amendments.

This section is responsible for enforcing compliance by taking appropriate action against parties that fail to address workplace issues within the specified timeframe. It mediates disputes, implements strategies for swift and fair resolutions between employers and employees, reports gaps in employment regulations and cases of unfair advantage to the Minister, and establishes regulations governing workplace interactions.

This section ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations by raising awareness, providing technical guidance to employers and employees, and facilitating engagement with Workers and employers’ organizations. It also manages communications with local and international stakeholders on matters related to this Authority.
